Ha T. Le, MD

Dr. Ha Le is the founding partner of Central Allergy and Asthma. He earned his medical degree from the University of Saigon. Dr. Le completed his pediatric residency and his allergy and immunology fellowship training at the University of Louisville. Dr. Ha Le is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI). He is board certified through the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI). He is also a member of the Kentucky Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the Greater Louisville Allergy Society. For over thirty years, Dr. Le’s focus has been to provide his patients with quality, individualized allergy and asthma care.

Thao H. Pham, MD

Dr. Thao Pham has been in private practice with Central Allergy & Asthma since 2002. Dr. Pham earned her medical degree at Vanderbilt University. She completed her pediatric residency at Yale University and her fellowship in allergy and immunology at the University of California Los Angeles. Dr. Pham is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI). She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI), the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI), and the Kentucky Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. She has a particular interest in treating allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema, and food allergies.

Tao T. Le, MD MHS

Dr. Tao Le completed his medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco and his residency at Yale University. He completed his allergy fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Le is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI). He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI). He is a former President of the Kentucky Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. Dr. Le, who has a special interest in medical education, also serves as Section Chief of Adult Allergy and Immunology at the University of Louisville as well as Chair of Continuing Medical Education for the ACAAI. He is actively involved in both patient and physician allergy and asthma education research and training at a national and international level.
